To create your MyMicrel membership account, please provide the following information about yourself. All information you provide is confidential and never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details. Once your information has been submitted you can begin using your account immediately.

	You may use any email address to establish a MyMicrel account to search for and manage product information. However, Micrel requires your account to have a corporate email address if you wish to order samples online. Using a generic email address like gmail, yahoo, aol, hotmail, etc. will prohibit your account from placing online sample requests. You may change your email address to a corporate address at any time in the future if you choose a generic email address now or set up an alternate account. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide so that you may activate this account.

	If you check this box, you will be asked to select your company from the list of authorized Micrel partners. Your account access is subject to verification of your affiliation with the company you select.
