	KSZ8721CL -  Single 3.3V supply Fast Ethernet PHY with
 		     separate Link and Activity LEDs

The KS8721CL is a drop-in replacement for the KS8721BL.  The only 
difference between the two PHYs is the Collision LED in the KS8721BL
becomes a dedicated Activity LED in the KS8721CL.

The KS8721CL uses the KS8721BL Evalution Board platform and also
shares the same gerber files and other KS8721BL product collaterals
in this design package.
